I have always valued providing care to others, I took this opportunity to start an apprenticeship with Superior Homecare. I work in the HR department of the office, I work with the other departments to ensure that the care is delivered to the best standard we can provide.
I am one of the training coordinators and trainee managers for Superior Care Group I have been with the company for over 10 years now and have always loved working in the health and social care industry. My role here is to ensure all staff are trained & ready for work.
I have been working with Superior since 2014. My responsibilities are to address day-to-day issues and ensure all staff's compliance is up to date. I love working in health and social care and helping and caring for vulnerable who are in need.
I have been working in care since 2016 & have 10 years plus experience working with challenging behaviour, autism & dementia, I have worked in therapeutic environments & have studied for a diploma in counselling & am currently studying for my level 5 qualification for management in health & social care.
